We believe that an Association’s best interest is better served when the property management company is not the provider of contracted maintenance or repair services for the community. This allows the management company to always handle issues or provide guidance unbiased to the benefit of the Association.
We do understand however, that from time to time, communities may need minor assistance with repairs or other upkeep items but at an affordable cost. We have maintenance staff that can respond to repairs or issues on an “as needed” basis and at an affordable hourly rate.
